PLEASE NOTE:
  • For stays of 7 nights or more a 10% discount applies.
  • For REGISTERED CLUBS a GROUP DISCOUNT may be applicable. To ensure that this is utilized appropriately, the name of the organization concerned, incorporation number etc. must be part of the initial booking discussions. (conditions apply)

    • ALL our ON-SITE accommodation has:
  • Heating for winter and fans for summer,
  • Beds with pillows and pillowslips, most with electric blankets.
  • Bathmats.


    • BEDDING:
  • During Spring, Summer and Autumn in all on-site accommodation guests are asked to bring their own blankets, doonas or sleeping bags, sheets & towels.
  • In WINTER ALL our ensuite Cabins and Suites are supplied with DOONAS with covers and our guests have only to bring their own sheets and towels.
  • Year round ALL beds have pillows with pillowslips.
  • If you wish SHEETS, TOWELS and DOONAS can be hired.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Swags ARE NOT permitted in Park on-site accommodation.

    • MINIMUM STAY and DEPOSITS:
  • During July (incl. Winter School Holidays) the minimum stay is TWO nights
  • During August we have a minimum stay of 2 nights during weekends.
  • Depending on booking patterns during the Winter season, overnight stays may be available on weekdays at the Management's discretion. A $20 cleaning fee applies.
  • For a booking to be confirmed a DEPOSIT must be paid. (see No.3 in 'CONDITIONS' below)
  • Minumum Stay:
      *From September the mimimum stay during weekends is dependent on snow conditions.
      *During Christmas/New Year peak time, School Holidays & long weekends, there is a minumum stay of TWO nights.
      * During Easter there is minimum stay of THREE nights.

    • CONDITIONS:

    1. Pricing is in Australian dollars with GST included.
    2. Times:
      1. Check out: 10 am
      2. Check in: After 1 pm.
      3. Office Hours: 7.30am - 8.30pm.
      4. Please advise if arrival is to be after 8pm so appropriate arrangements can be made for accommodation access.
      5. If prior arrangements have been made it is possible to store luggage before check in time.
      6. If prior arrangements have been made in the case of powered sites, it is possible to:
        i) Leave a caravan connected and pay an agreed pro-rata amount of the daily tariff OR
        ii) Move a caravan to a safe place on the property for short term storage at an agreed rate .
    3. ALL bookings require a DEPOSIT of 50%.
      1. Deposits for bookings made by phone or email must be received within 5 working days of initial booking, otherwise booking will lapse.
      2. Dishonoured cheques will incur bank fees and charges.
      3. Deposits are non-refundable.
      4. In the Winter season and a person who has booked an on-site cabin or mobile home accommodation arrives with a pet, that person shall be asked to leave immediately and the deposit shall be forfeited.(see 12. below)
    4. FULL BALANCE is payable on arrival.
    5. DISCOUNTS: For stays of 7 nights or more a 10% discount applies.
    6. AMMENDMENTS TO CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS:
      1. High season - 4 week's notice is required
      2. Low season - 1 week's notice is required.
      3. In the event of an ammendment being required, no guarantee is given that accommodation offered will be off the same standard.
      4. Exceptions may be made at the Management's discretion and a booking may be transferred in the event of a serious verifiable accident, injury or illness.
    7. NUMBER OF PEOPLE PER BOOKING PERMITTED IN ON-SITE ACCOMMODATION:
      1. At the date of booking an on-site Cabin/Mobile Home/Suite/Unit is allocated based on stated requirements per the numbers of people given at the time of making the booking.
      2. Immediate notification is required if there is to be any change to these numbers.
      3. If the number of people arriving for an on-site Cabin/Mobile Home/Suite/Unit is greater than the number booked it cannot be guaranteed that the original Cabin/Mobile Home/Suite/Unit booked will have the increased required bed space available. The Management of the Alpine Tourist Park observes strict safety regulations regarding the numbers of people permitted per Cabin/Mobile Home/Suite/Unit.
      4. In the event of an increase in numbers and/or additional accommodation being required, no guarantee is given that the booked Cabin/Mobile Home/Suite/Unit will be suitable or that there will be another one available.
    8. NUMBER OF VEHICLES PER BOOKING PERMITTED PER SITE:
      1. Each Cabin/Mobile Home/Suite/Unit/Powered Site/Unpowered Camping Site is allocated a parking space for one vehicle.
      2. Management must be notified at the time of booking if a boat or a second car is to be brought.
      3. PLEASE NOTE: In peak seasons there could be a charge applied for extra vehicles and boats.
      4. Immediate notification is required if there is to be any change to the above arramgements.
    9. REFUNDS: If departure takes place earlier than dates booked no refund is available.
    10. CLEANLINESS: Prior to departure Cabins/Mobile Home/Suites/Units are:
      1. To be left clean and tidy
      2. Dishes are to be washed and put away
      3. If this is not done a cleaning fee of $20 per unit will be levied.
    11. It is the Customer's responsibility to check documentation thoroughly.
    12. TARIFFS are subject to change without notice.
    13. CAMP SITE SAFTETY: electric heaters are not permitted in tents as the Proprietors aim to protect their guests' safety at all times.
    14. SMALL PETS:
      1. It is a condition of entry to this Park that we are informed at the time of booking that guests plan to bring small pets.
      2. Only ONE small pet per booking or group booking is permitted,
      3. Pets are not allowed inside Park on-site accommodation at any time of the year.
      4. In the Summer and Off-Peak seasons, guests who stay in Park on-site accommodation may have their pets sleep in their car.
      5. During Winter:
        xxxxxxxi) People who stay in Park on-site accommodation ARE NOT
        xxxxxxxxxPERMITTED to bring small pets
        xxxxxxxii) If they do, they will be asked to leave immediately and
        xxxxxxxiii)Their deposit will be forfeited.
      6. At all times Pets must:
        xxxxxxxi) Be kept under control,
        xxxxxxxii) Be on a lead at all times,
        xxxxxxxiii) Never be left on their own,
        xxxxxxxiv) Not disturb others,
        xxxxxxxv) Be exercised outside the Park and
        xxxxxxxvi) Always be cleaned up afterwards by their owners.
    15. CAMP FIRES and SAFETY
      1. Can only be lit if PRIOR arrangement made with Management.
      2. Can only be lit in approved fireplaces which can be hired for a small fee.
      3. Guests must provide their own wood.
      4. Can only be lit if guests observe correct safety procedures.
      5. Are totally forbidden by law on days of total fire ban.

      In the interests of public safety the above rules must be observed.
      Offenders will be told to leave immediately and NO refund will be given.
