Desmond Sim Lionel and Joo 01-09-05

Six adventurous friends flew in from Malaysia for a fishing & skiing holiday. You can see here how successful the four guys were with their fishing. Desmond caught a 2.75 lb Rainbow, Sim a 3.5 lb Brown, Lionel a 1.5 lb Rainbow and Joo a 1.5 lb Brown. The trout were all caught spinning from the bank of the Lake using a local patterned lure. It was really rewarding to set up the gear and show the guys where the good fishing spots were. They really put in the hours and the effort and they got their reward. Good on them.

Later that night we smoked one and cooked the other three on the barbie and had an open fire. Later on one of them confided to me that they were probably better fishermen than skiers!
